Product Usage

By purchasing or using any product from QR Memory Sunraysia, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Use at Your Own Risk
   All products, including QR plaques, tags, adhesives, and accessories, are provided for memorial and decorative use. The method of application, removal, or maintenance of the product is the sole responsibility of the purchaser or user.
2. No Liability for Surface Damage
   QR Memory Sunraysia is not responsible or liable for any damage, discolouration, residue, or alteration that may occur to surfaces, including but not limited to granite, marble, metal, wood, or other materials as a result of attaching, adhering, or removing our products.
3. Installation and Care Responsibility
   Users are responsible for selecting suitable mounting materials and methods appropriate to the surface and environment. We recommend testing adhesive products on a small, inconspicuous area first.
4. No Warranty or Guarantee
   While every effort is made to ensure product quality and durability, QR Memory Sunraysia makes no guarantee regarding adhesion strength, weather resistance, or long-term performance under varying environmental conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Memory Sunraysia, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Service Continuation and Termination

QR Memory Sunraysia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services — including hosting, website access, or online memorial pages — at any time and without prior notice.

In the event that QR Memory Sunraysia ceases operations or permanently closes down, all associated services may be concluded at the end of the subscription period, after which a renewal of services cannot be made. QR Memory Sunraysia will be obligated to continue hosting or maintaining digital content until such time as the current subscription period ceases.

While every reasonable effort will be made to notify customers in advance of such changes, QR Memory Sunraysia shall not be held responsible for any loss of access, data, or service availability resulting from the business’s closure or termination of services.
