Refund and Returns Policy

At QR Memory Sunraysia, I understand that creating a memorial is a deeply personal process. Because each memorial is custom-designed and involves creative work and personal content, I do not offer refunds or returns once the service has been initiated.

Exceptions:

If the QR code or memorial page is faulty or experiences technical issues that prevent it from functioning as intended, I will correct the problem at no additional cost. If a solution cannot be found, I will offer a full refund of your purchase.

To request a refund due to a technical fault or malfunction, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the service, providing details about the issue.
